CTC is recruiting Church-based Community Organising Apprentices for a 12-month, 2 day a week position (paid at the London Living Wage) combining practical community organising with formation in Catholic Social Teaching and Synodality.

Apprentices will learn how to build relationships, listen to local communities, develop young leaders, and bring people together to take action on the issues that matter to them. Through hands-on organising, training, mentoring and reflection, apprentices will develop the skills and confidence to become effective community organisers and leaders, while exploring how faith can shape action for the common good.
